The ABCs
of this campaign
Accountability
Accountability makes our leaders and our city stronger and that starts with trusting relationships between people of all backgrounds. Sarah is committed to listening to the voices of people from every neighborhood in District 1. From Bemiss to Whitman, Sarah will proudly represent you in city hall.

Meeting people where they are
Town halls in district
In district office hours
Attending community events
Being transparent about what’s happening in city hall
Informing constituents about upcoming ordinances, committee meetings, and budget items
Ensuring anyone who is funded by our tax dollars (elected officials, police officers, city employees, etc.) are aligned with the values, laws, and expectations of our community
Allowing our Police Ombuds to do their job by ensuring no one is above the law
Belonging
“In Spokane We All Belong” is the motto of our city and it’s an aspiration that Sarah is driven by. Everyone deserves to feel like they have a place here, regardless of their identity, income, or zip code.
